 | A landlocked kingdom that recently ended a war with Kratin. This is where most of "Or So the Story Goes" takes place. While it isn't the largest kingdom, Exultia is beatiful in its own right. Built on the foundation of an empire that once ruled over all the lands, the castle has a certain charm to it not seen in the other castles. This includes several hidden rooms such as the ballroom Vincent discovered in "Kiss of Twilight: Prelude to an Evening". It shares borders with Vierra, Kratin, Cesnar, and Zephyr.
The closest structure to the castle is that of Nasarette, which was given to a past king's most trusted knight. The two had once conspired to wed their children, but that wasn't meant to be.
Other notable places are: Exult, the closest town in the castle, Dreary, where Drusilla was born and spent her early childhood, and Nottrouge, which is currently the most prosperous out of any town in Exultia. Moderator: Kingdom Guards
| 0 | 0 | | | The southernmost kingdom in the lands. Despite owning quite a few ports, Kratin suffers from a weak economy due to the startling loss of a war between it and Exultia. As the least developed kingdom, it is also the smallest, but it also has the problematic, as was seen when a hurricane struck during the reign of King Alfonso and Queen Leona, killing many and causing economic damage that lasted for centuries. It shares borders with Vierra, Exultia, and Zephyr.
Notable places are: Jasper, the town closest to the castle, also where Helena went to school in "Kiss of Twilight: Prelude to an Evening", and Dali, the town that lies on the border between Exultia and Kratin, but was conceded to Kratin as part of a peace agreement.
Calamity Shores is also found in Kratin. This is where Alexander and Drusilla take up residence. Moderator: Kingdom Guards
| 1 | 4 | Hustle & Bustle.... Fri Feb 06, 2009 3:19 pm Elisia | | The northernmost and most prosperous kingdom in the lands. Its income is mostly from trade with other kingdoms from far off places. Not only is it the richest, it's also the largest kingdom. It shares borders with Vierra, Cesnar, and Zephyr.
The city of Prospera surrounds the castle, and this kingdom also has the most ports. It is shrouded in mythology based on the "supposed" union of a past prince, Caspian, with a mermaid, Penelope. The tale suggests that the mermaid wasn't pleased with this union and wished to return to the sea. She "cursed" her lineage, declaring that no beautiful girls would ever be born and that one boy from each generation would inherit her violet eyes. To this day, there have been no princesses in Astaire. Moderator: Kingdom Guards
| 1 | 1 | To keep him hers... Thu Apr 21, 2011 10:49 pm Bianca | | A kingdom in the shape of a seven. This kingdom is sprawled every which way, sealing Exultia from the ocean, and sharing borders with every kingdom: Zephyr, Cesnar, Astaire, Exultia, and Kratin. The bulk of its civilization is along the coast and borders between Exultia and Astaire, the easternmost region of the lands. The western portion of Vierra is wild and unable to be ruled. That area is full of superstitious mountainfolk who claim to be descendents of the "phoenix", a being that bursts into flames upon death and rises from its ashes in rebirth. The mountains are littered with bandits, waiting for the unsuspecting traveler to venture too far into their territory. Vierra has a constant problem with bandits, and the royals have spent a good deal of money to protect its citizens from looters.
Notable places are: Dissent, the village rumored to house the phoenix, where nobody dares enter for fear of their lives, Marhara, the town closest to the castle, and Bisvout, the easternmost town. Moderator: Kingdom Guards
| 0 | 0 | | | The westernmost kingdom filled with intrigue and magic. Lycan and Eriwyn lived in this kingdom until their deaths. While it is moderately prosperous, the people seem to be happy. More myths and legends are produced in this kingdom than in all the others combined, which is strange, considering nobody has seen any of the creatures discussed in these myths. The most popular of these is one of a man who could turn into a wolf at will and control the creatures of a deeply situated forest. Rumor has it that he fell in love with a mortal and died by her hand. Zephyr shares borders with Astaire, Vierra, Cesnar, and Kratin.
Notable places are: Sage, the closest town to the castle, and Nautica, the westernmost town. There is also the Forest of Destitution, so called because the people have abandoned it in fear of their lives. Moderator: Kingdom Guards
| 0 | 0 | | | Another landlocked kingdom. An argument between King Caspian of Astaire and his brother, Rowan, over the king's chosen wife sent Rowan into exile. There, he founded Cesnar, making himself king in defiance of his brother. The kingdom of Cesnar is full of misfits and miscreants. It's where the other kingdoms send the problems they no longer want to deal with. "Juliet Academy" is one of many boarding schools for "problems" to disappear. Cesnar is the second richest kingdom in the lands, mostly due to the foolishness of nobles. It shares borders with Astaire, Zephyr, Exultia, and Vierra.
Notable places are: Autau, the town nearest the castle, and Ennui, where Juliet Boarding is located. Moderator: Kingdom Guards

The entrance is on an island off the coast of Kratin--an island no longer inhabited. At one point in time, this island was a hub, where people searching for items and places never heard of would meet. After a war with Kratin, the island (and all its knowledge) fell to ruin. A bridge leading to Allusia will be formed when the inscription on the emerald is followed correctly.
Allusia itself has no real power. Rather, the items left behind from ancient inhabitants are what make this kingdom so... valuable. One of these items is a spinning wheel that can turn straw into whichever precious metal the user wants and whose spindle can cause eternal slumber. It is best not to touch anything when venturing into this castle unless you know exactly what you are looking for. Moderator: Kingdom Guards
